Ten Important Requisites inside Your Car


Do you know that there are some requisites should be get ready in your car in case of emergency?  Some of you may say that a mobile phone is good enough and useful if there is an emergency.  Yes, I agreed with you.  A mobile phone can help you to contact rescue during emergency.  However, have you ever thought of what you would do if your car breaks down or is involved in an accident in the outskirts; where there is no network coverage for your mobile phone or/and your mobile phone is out of battery? Here are ten requisites must have it inside your car.  It may help and assist you during any emergency.

    1. Spare Tire – Most cars will be equipped with a spare tire. But, many drivers especially youngsters and women seldom check their spare tire.  It is advisable to check your car’s spare tire every 3 months regularly.  Pump in the air if it is necessary.
    2. Car Hoisting Jack – The car hoisting jack is an important piece of equipment when you are changing your tire.  Normally, when you buy a new car, the car will be equipped with a nimble hoisting jack.  If you buy a used car, please ensure the car is equipped with a functional hoisting jack.
    3. Tools set – A simple tools set inclusive of a screwdriver, a spanner, etc. is a must for your car.
    4. Touch light – If your car breaks down at night, the touch light is useful not only to light up your car engine for you to check the problem but it also could be used as an emergency signal to alert other vehicles. 
    5. Hand glove or used cloth – It is useful to reduce the heat when you are opening the engine cover or radiator.
    6. First Aid Kit – A first aid box should contain antiseptic solution, adhere plasters, cotton buds, etc.
    7. Mini Fire Extinguisher – Although the modern car is unlikely to be on fire when an accident happens, but a mini fire extinguisher might save your life in an emergency.
    8. Water – Your car should be outfitted with distilled water for top up battery electrolyte.  A bottle of plain water is necessary in case your car radiator is over heated.
    9. Engine Oil – Keep some engine oil in your car for topping up into your engine when necessary.
    10. Original Automobile Handbook – When your car has problems, for example, if the caution light at the display board is blinking, you need to find out the reason from the handbook.
