Mitsubishi Concept-cX

The Japanese manufacturer, Mitsubishi has recently unveiled its Concept-cX at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The Mitsubishi Concept-cX is a compact car which joins the new segment of compact crossover SUVs. It’s a cool drive that equipped with a unit from the all-new Euro 5 Clean Diesel family of engines, which will be launched in 2009.

In addition, its 1.8-litre 4 cylinder engine develops 100 kW (136 hp) at 4,000 rpm and a max torque of 280 Nm/2,000 rpm. Besides, it features a variable geometry (VG) turbocharger, DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and DOC (Diesel Oxidation Catalyst). The engine is matted with Mitsubishi’s new Twin Clutch SST sporty transmission.

According to the automobile giant, the Concept-cX also owns a few of useful feature including a high seating position for a better point-of-view for the driver, a split tailgate for easy loading and unloading of cargo and big 19 inch tires for improved handling and stability. Hopefully, the cool and stylish Mitsubishi Concept-cX will go into production as soon as possible.
