Whynter ARC-14S Whynter Eco-Friendly 14000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner

In the past I have seen a small element in catalogues which can be used to heat a cup of water in a cup but now when I need to buy one I can’t locate any. Have searched under camping and travel sections in many outlets with no luck as yet. Am sure someone will be able to help.
