  1. to be honest, this film was a punch in the face. i thought i’d love it cause donnie darko is my favourite movie, and had really high expectations, but richard kelly seriously exagerated at this one. he had an awesome story, he could have made a lot of it, instead he created some far fetched, senseless shit.

  2. they could have been a tad more imaginative i mean…….THE BOX even the theme tune isn’t theirs its saws!!! WTF HOLLYWOOD!!

  3. Sure, it was great at first, especially the general concept, but it just got WAAAY too weird for me. It woulda’ been better if they became serial killers on the loose just because money was promised. That would be hilarious, and much more thrilling. I’m not into these sought of movies really, so I guess I’m not one to judge though.

  4. Great idea, and theme/moral. Executed poorly. They had great cast, but the end conclusion to the story just didn’t work.
