How can I dissolve a paper towel soaked in antibody without affecting the antibody?

bob oso asks:

After dialysis, I tried to remove a solution of antibody from the cassette but it dripped out. At 5 mg/ml it was a lot. Poured some PBS on the area of the hood it dripped and wiped it up with small piece of brown paper towel. Is there any way worth going about trying to dissolve the paper towel and recovering the antibody (mouse IgG) while not damaging it? Thanks

I assume you already tried to wash out as many antibodies as possible with PBS.
Otherwise it looks rather bad since paper uses to bind proteins unspecifically.
Maybe a high saline buffer can help you wash as much as possible.
