We bought this mainly to grill chicken breasts and steak during the winter. So far, have only used it on chicken. Holds more than you would think. I made sure to season it first, but of course it doesn’t clean as easy as a Teflon coated pan. Well made. Price was reasonable.

received this from my wish list for my birthday this year…it’s such a nice grill pan…works perfect for my 2 person family..retains heat so you can sear on top of the stove and finish in the oven keeping thicker cuts of meat from drying out…only negative is the weight, IT’S HEAVY, but i knew that when i put it on my wish list and it’s a good trade off for this fabulous pan!

Cooks great, cleaning takes a little more effort than non-stick, but hey, what do you expect? How hard is it to clean the grill surface of your outdoor grill?
