haha yea he does but a bit blacker and hencher!
i see any doing this at the gym i call them a show off in my head
I assume you mean shoulders(moron) and no it doesn’t.
anyone know what the purpose of this is? i’m assuming shoulders but what purpose does turning your arms inward prove?
This is a really shitty excercise for you. DON’T DO IT.
no its a great exercise
Excellent exercise !!!
front delt. rotator. start w low weight high rep. you’ll def feel it
The turning of the arms while completing the rep
makes this a compound exercise. Otherwise it would remain an isolation exercise, which would only be one movement. Example:dumbbell curls is isolation exercise for biceps.Pull ups are compound.
sweet thx
Oh snap, carlton got buff!
That weight looks to heavy
muscle confusion to get greater gains
my neck hurts when i do this exercise
He looks like Carlton
but only the face^^
hmh i think u have 2 bang ur head more and go 2 metalcore / hardcore concerts xD
incorrect, a shoulder press is always a compound exercise because it involves extension of two joints (the shoulders and elbows).
@tumaccia hahahahahaahhhahahahahaha
tiger 496, your neck hurts probablly because u look up at the ceiling when u lift the weights, which is incorrect because it puts pressure on the neck and spine. always keep looking forward, it would be best to use a mirror
And thats how you do De Arnald lol
All of your videos are Cool
You do loads less weight on this one, I actually feel quite embarrassed doing these because I opt for less than 50 lbs per DB after a sets of 85-105 DB military presses ;’(.
