This attachment turns your KitchenAid stand mixer into a citrus juicer, eliminating the need for a second appliance that would take up valuable kitchen storage and counter space. Its four parts–heavy-duty aluminum shaft, reamer, shield, and strainer–are easy to assemble and attach to the stand mixer’s powerful motor. Turn the mixer speed to level 6, and the reamer maintains a fast and steady spin. Press your fruit halves against it, and the juice pours out. You do have to exert a bit of pressure to extract all of the juice, but it’s certainly not difficult to use. the kitchenaid attachment was just what the doctor ordered. It was easy to assemble and most of all it was easy to clean. I was on the lemonaid cleanse for 10 days and it was perfect for juicing all the lemons (over 40). Never once did I have any problem with juice running down my arm or juice splashing all over the cabinet like some of the other users have said. If you are juicing for orange juice, then you have to clean the strainer more often because it won’t handle all of the pulp. If you like the pulp just take the strainer off. When attaching the juicer to the mixer make sure you take the mixing bowl off because the back of the juicer hits the bowl. Best of all it doesn’t take up a lot of room.

I had been looking for this item for months and never thought of ordering it on line. I finally did it and I am very happy I did. Not only did I get a great deal but it works better than I expected. My wife is very happy to have it.

This juicer attachment works, but it isn’t as efficient as I’d hoped. I have to work very hard to get the maximum amount of juice estracted. ANd I did find that I had more drips of juice than I expected.
