how to spread the stuffing in a body pillow?


so i washed my body pillow (the really long skinny pillows) in the washing machine and put it on delicate. when i got it out, ALLLL the stuffing/fluff was stuck in the middle of it and i don’t think im going to be able to fix it by shaking it. how can i evenly spread the stuffing?

    cut it inhalf, and spread it out in between the two halves, then sew it back together.

    I’ve had this happen… body pillows aren’t that expensive so I’d say go buy a new one.
