a simple metal tube with a screw-on cap (my last toothpick holder had a rubber cap which got lost), and removable pocket clip that snaps on and off. holds about 10 or 11 standard round toothpicks. it will hold the 12 they recommend, but it makes for a tight fit that doesn’t allow them to slide out easily.
