VERY NICE LOOKING KETTLE, WORKS GOOD SO FAR. NO PLASTIC SMELL IN THE WATER. TABLE MATS AND MUGS ARE VERY NICE COLORS THEY REALLY MAKE EVERY MORNING LOOKS SUNNY. THE ONLY COMPLAIN IS THAT WHEN THERE IS NO WATER IN THE KETTLE THE SYSTEM IS VERY UNSTABLE, THE BASE IS VERY LITE, BUT WITH WATER INSIDE EVERYTHING IS STABLE AND GOOD, ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH A LOW PRICE.

It is a great set! the kettle itself is good for the price. now i don’t need to worry about the over burn any more! one thing is the location of the button to open the lid is not very conveninent, you might want to tell your guest not to push it while pouring. but i don’t have a problem with it. just be careful:)

Minus: It feels a little lightweight.
Other: The last jug was circular and could drop onto the base at any angle. This one only goes one-way which can be a little fiddly if, for example, you want the backside in a corner and the spout facing out. Then you need to awkwardly reach around to flip the switch,
