Depends, Isn’t Miracle whip the same thing as mayonaise but less fat or cholesterol or whatever? If so it will work
You can do it like every month, depending on how good your hair is. Mostly you have to put it in a lot in the summer when you go to the pool because the chlorine makes your hair hard and the sun dries out your hair. In the winter you don’t really have to put it all the time
