How do I program my Multi-Code gate opener?


My landlady gave me a Multi-Code gate opener. I have no instructions on how to program it. Inside there are 10 switches. My gate code is 5-5-7-2 does anyone have any idea how to program it to work?
Here is everything it says on the back:

    No idea, you may want to call your landlady and tell her you’ve never worked anything like this and need some help. :) I would have to, I’m completely unfamiliar with any kind of gates or codes where I live. ;)
