This is a great deal. Works great, not heavy and the best part is the it’s bagged. No more messy situations where the dust canister would blow into your face in a bagless vacuum. There is an indicator to show if the bag needs to be changed and also an indicator to show whether the area that is being vacuumed is clean or needs more vacuuming. It is light weight for an upright vacuum of its power and specification. Long term Hoover quality. As with any upright vacuum, the roller underneath needs to be cleared of debry atleast once a year.

Did the demo thing today for this model. I liked it for the most part.
Noise level seemed good
The attachment cover is a little like pandora’s box, but once you know the secret it’s like open sesime. Much better than hitting the old Wintunnel with clips on the back.
Wish I had practiced with the hose. I did take it off and put it back, but really didn’t use it.
Agitator design and belt guard looked much better than older windtunnels.
Seems reasonably easy to handle.
Access to the bag area is a bit tough. One of the users is severely arthritic in the hands.
Bagged seems much easier than bagless. The users alergic to dust, Asthma and pollen it will be welcomed not to have to painstakeingly clean the filters.
It’s not out of the box. May be able to get it about $40 cheaper.

This is a terrible vaccuum. It does not have strong suction and won’t even pick up popcorn on carpeted floors. Instead it will grind it into the carpet. When I went from one room to the next it dumped the little debris it did pick up onto my hard surface floor. I am so frustrated and wish I had kept my old vaccuum.

i wonder how it would have worked if it didnt arrive broken. I wonder what it would be like to have either the seller or amazon address this issue. ZERO customer service. no email reply.nothing.
