I ordered this iron from Bic Store and they shipped the cheaper model because they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. I’ve sent 7 emails to them and they have not responded to my requests on returning this iron. If you need to return something to them, they do not respond in the 3 days that it states on Amazon.
