I cannot throw it out in the trash because somehow it always leak through, even though I double bagged.
I cannot throw it in the sink because it clogged up the sink.
Help me, please.

i always throw out the mineral oil into my drain
If you have gardenias and they have black soot on the leaves mix it with dish water and pour it on the plant. it will take the soot off
Mineral oil is NOT toxic waste. It is petroleum by-product and is completely safe to pour anywhere you want, but for the life of me I can’t figure out why you’d need to. Mineral oil never spoils or goes bad. You can have a bottle for years and it will be fine to use for a million uses.
Great on cutting boards or any wood product that comes in contact with food – like salad bowls or tongs or counter tops. Rub it on your feet, put on a pair of socks and in the morning your feet will be nice and soft. It takes off make up … heck it is very useful and it is so safe folks swallow it as a laxative.
When you put fragrance in mineral oil its called baby oil.
For the life of me I can’t figure out why you’re throwing out mineral oil or that it’s a problem.
Where I live (outside Chicago) this is considered toxic waste and you cannot just toss it in the trash. Call your city hall. They will know exactly where you can get rid of it. Some towns have a place where you can drop it off. But if you want to be sneaky – pour it into a plastic milk or soda bottle and then put that inside a bag and toss into the garbage. No more leaking.
Take it to any automotive shop that does oil changes. They’ll pour it in their waste oil container for free!
Pour it out in your yard, or outside someplace, it’s harmless to the enviornment & animals.
Hope this helped, good luck!!
