What glue can I use to attach magnet to glass shower door so it will never fall off.?

I have a glass shower door, the glue I am using can hold the magnet that helps close the door to shower. The door magnet stays intact for about 2 weeks, then falls off. I can’t drill the glass to attach the magnet, the glass will shatter. Therefore I can only use glue, what type of glue should I buy?

Loctite Glassbond – bonds glass to metal.

As you will see the glue interface from one side – some of the other suggestions may not be as neat.

As ‘lucky’. A two part epoxy will do it. You can get a clear version for glass in the DIY stores. You must clean the area well to remove all grease and damp before fixing. You will need some tape to hold it in place initially.

Yes expoxy should work well, if there’s constant movement with lots of friction at high speeds, try aircraft expoxy to fix things without ever taking them off.

As Toppsy said, clear Silicone may work.

What may work best, tho, is Aquarium glue. Since it’s made to hold on glass, in water, it’ll likely be your best bet.

don’t use a glue use clear silicone, cheap, simple and easy.

note: aquarium glue “is” clear silicone.

Gorilla glue is the best, strongest glue I’ve ever use. I’ve used it to glue my shoes together as well as broken glass and ceramics.

My friend’s dad worked at a paint store and got it there. I know that it’s readily available in the US, UK and Canada. More info can be found on the website.

They have different glues for different needs.

    Hope it helps.

2 part apoxy it comes in a double needle looking thing and gets mixed togher but your handle will never, never come off again so make sure where you bond it is where you want it.
