What do you think is the best mattress topper for someone with back pain?


I have back pain (and sciatica on my left side) and cant afford a new bed so am looking for a good mattress topper for now. Can anyone recommend a good one that helps relieve pain?

    I have a 2 inches memory foam mattress topper by silent night,
    and i have had back pain for 25 years(plus surgery) but since getting this i now sleep better and with less pain!
