I wish I ncould leave feed back on this item. Item was shipped but did not work. When I returned it and requested a replacement I was issued a refund instead. Found a simular modle at HD for less money that works perfectly.

I am tired of these kind of companies that try to put defective product withtout QC. This humidifier did not collect any water from days of running. The 1 star is just for good look.

After reading some of the horror stories about this company I decided not to buy one of these. I don’t understand how a company can survive and stay in business based on the consistant poor service it provides. Amazon does a good job helping us find the right products and companies to choose…heck, now I’m sounding like a commercial.

So, I ordered this on July 19, and and didn’t hit the road till July 25. Once I get it, I trust it will do the job, but I’m highly unimpressed with the turn-around on orders.
