This has to be the best gadget I have in my kitchen. I wanted to put it through a good test, so I bought a chuck roast, used the tenderizer, and grilled it. In less than 15 minutes my roast/steak was a perfect medium rare, tender and tasty. I figure if it can make a chuck roast tender like a ribeye, it can make any peice of meat great. Cant wait to try with skirt steak, and flat iron steaks. This is gonna be a great money saver, being able to buy the cheaper cuts of meat. Buy it, save money, be happy.

Makes Steak very tender ,”Melts in your Mouth”. Seems to decrease cooking times also.Helps Marinades penetrate your meat for full flavor.
